What you need
1 (13.5 fl oz) can Hawaiian Sun coconut milk
1/2 c sugar
6 tbsp cornstarch
3/4 c water
How to make
1. In a pot, whisk coconut milk and sugar on medium heat until sugar dissolves
2. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry
3. Pour the slurry into the coconut milk mixture and whisk on medium until thickened
4. While hot, pour into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish and refrigerate until solid
5. Cut into squares and enjoy!
